Square Ganache Plates with Dowel Hole (set of 2)This set of 2 Square Ganache Plates are an easy way to give your cake the perfect finish, using ganache, buttercream or other frostings. You can achieve the perfect finish by placing a ganache plate on either side of your cake (top bottom). Then use them as a guide when smoothing the ganache buttercream around the edges. Please note our Ganache Plates are approximately 0. 25" more than the displayed size, allowing for the ganache buttercream layer.

If your Embosser comes with a matching cutter then use the cookie cutter provided to cut around the design

We have painted the wording in black because this stands out more but if you was the pick a background colour that is dark we will paint the wording in white

Please note: we highly recommend washing your stamp before first use to remove any unwanted dust particles left behind during production
